This Security Policy applies to the relevant FixMyStorefront website, product or service. A signed proposal, order form, statement of work or data agreement controls where it expressly conflicts.
Commercial terms
Services are limited to the scope, stores, capacity, response window and deliverables stated in the applicable order. Additional findings, third-party fees and material changes require written approval.
Risk and responsibility
The customer must maintain lawful authority, accurate information, backups and timely approvals. No service guarantees rankings, revenue, uninterrupted third-party platforms or outcomes outside the agreed technical control.

We may update this document prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version; material contractual changes follow the notice terms in the applicable agreement.
